Who processes your data

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, does not track visitors, shows no ads and loads nothing from third-party services (fonts and all files are served from our own server). The map and social networks are plain links; once you follow them, the policies of those services apply.

What data we receive

When you write or call us (email, phone, Viber, WhatsApp) – your name, contact details, the content of your message and any attached files. The form on this website only prepares an email in your own email program; the website stores nothing.

Hosting logs – IP address, date and time, requested address and browser type, processed by the hosting provider for the security and operation of the website.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering enquiries and preparing a consultation, offer or contract – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679); website security – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); compliance with legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who receives the data

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and email provider (Google Workspace), which process data on our behalf under contract; our accountant and public authorities only where required by law. We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, this is covered by the safeguards of the Regulation (e.g. the EU–US adequacy decision).

How long we keep data

Correspondence about enquiries – up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a contract follows. Contract documents – for the periods required by accounting and tax law. Technical logs – for a short period under the hosting provider's terms.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to office@kiryakovarchitekti.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.
